Our >99.999% (5N) purity aluminium nitrate is the purest product available at commercial scale. Available as crystal or solution. Key applications as a precursor to lithium-ion electrode particle coating, micro-LED phosphors, Yttrium Aluminium Garnet (YAG) laser crystals and Chemical Mechanical Planarization (CMP) slurry oxidants.

A >99.995% (4N5) purity alumina hydrate. World leading purity for this material, an ideal precursor for a range of ultra-pure ceramics and downstream processing.
